Training Information
We have regular training sessions throughout the week, as well as regular cycling and running time trials. If you're new to the club, or just want to find out what it's all about, your best bet is to come to one of the swim sessions (main session is Saturday morning). Contact us here and we'll direct you. When you come along, introduce yourself to one of the coaches (they'll be the ones standing dressed at the poolside) and they'll sort you out.
